At Thunder Rapids Lodge our cabins are modern, bright, and clean. Hot & Cold running water, flush toilets, showers, and a heated swimming pool will insure tranquility, privacy and a memorable holiday. We also have camping facilities with fifty electric and non-electric sites. The camping area has a shower and flush toilet facility that also inlcudes a dumping station. Both myself and the staff at Thunder rapids lodge look forward to sharing our facility with you and we guarentee 110% effort to help insure that you catch a trophy northern pike or walleye.

THE LODGE

Our lodge is equiped with a small store, that offers such items as gas, ice, groceries, fishing tackle, frozen bait, magazines, souveneirs, T-shirts, and confectionery items.

THE CABINS

All 4 cabins are insulated, carpeted, and equiped with electric fridge and stove, dishes, cooking utensils, table and chairs, and comfortable beds. We request that you bring your own bedding and towels. Two to four guests per cabin make for a very comfortable stay. Obedient pets are allowed.

THE POOL

Take an afternoon off and laze around the pool or take a refreshing swim, after a days fishing, in our heated pool. The water depth is 8' in the deep end and 3' in the shallow end.

THE BOATS

Our 16 foot boats are equiped with 40 & 50 HP motors, padded, swivel seats, life jackets, and safety equipment. Depth finders and trolling motors are standard equipment on our boats. All you need to bring is your rod and tackle.
